    Green tea

    The Green tea contains tea polyphenols , catechins , caffeine , amino acids , vitamins and other nutrients, making it a natural health drink for anti-aging, cancer prevention, anti-cancer, sterilization and anti-inflammatory. Green tea also has the effects of softening blood vessels and reducing weight. Studies have found that regular drinking of green tea can prevent cancer.     Tomato
